Our purpose

Faith brings us close. Service brings us together.

We support Muslims in Doon and across Kitchener with opportunities to pray, learn, connect and care for one another.

Guided by Islamic values of compassion and neighbourliness, we welcome non-Muslim friends, families and local partners to help build a stronger community.

About us and how we are governed

“To serve the Kitchener community by providing spiritual, social, economic, and educational support, with a focus on newcomers, women, youth, and seniors, in order to strengthen community connection and individual wellbeing.”

What we do

Support that meets real life.

From a place to pray to a connection that opens a career door, our work starts with what people actually need. Programs that are not running yet are marked “Coming soon”.

How we work

Local knowledge. Shared effort. Lasting impact.

Lasting change grows through trust, not in isolation. So we keep it simple:

Partner with us

  1. Listen first. Programs begin with what neighbours tell us they need.
  2. Build practical programs. Small, practical and run by volunteers.
  3. Work alongside others. We partner with local organizations rather than duplicate them.
