Privacy note

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through our contact, volunteer, partner and update forms: usually your name, email address, and optionally a phone number and message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you or to follow up about the thing you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not add you to mailing lists without asking.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are received through our website host (Netlify) and read by Board members or the volunteers they appoint. We delete submissions we no longer need.

No tracking

This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own site. Prayer times are calculated on your device for Kitchener; we never ask for your location. The masjid site may keep a small copy of its latest notices in your browser so it loads quickly.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete anything you have sent us, use our contact page.

Draft for Board approval, October 2026.
